At Avere Beauty, we believe you have the power to look as good as you feel. With our anti-aging treatments and beauty services, we offer you a chance to revitalize and refresh your looks.

Pittsburgh has other medspas, but none that represented the practice of genuine aesthetics we believed in. Neurotoxins and dermal fillers are powerful tools used to maintain and improve our appearance, and we wanted to provide these resources in a comfortable environment contrary to the sterile room of a traditional medspa. Avere Beauty is a place to go to relax, unwind, and leave feeling new.

Alyssa Luciano, RN

With a background of over 15 years in ICU nursing, Alyssa initially explored aesthetics as a personal hobby. Her natural affinity for injection techniques and a deep understanding of facial anatomy quickly revealed her innate talent within the beauty industry. Her dedication to fostering an informed, transparent, and relaxed environment for aesthetic treatments has not only attracted a faithful clientele of over 20,000 patients, but has also led to the remarkable growth of Avere Beauty. Alyssa has successfully expanded Avere Beauty into a thriving team of 20 talented & dedicated women, all committed to helping others become the most confident versions of themselves.

Alyssa lives in Pittsburgh with her 4 daughters, 3 dogs, and many chickens.

Dr. Jason Luciano

Medical Director

Dr. Luciano is one of the top performing general surgeons in Pittsburgh and a graduate of Rutgers University. Through his work in medicine, he recognized a growing gap in access to high-quality aesthetic care, with many dermatology clinics booking months out for appointments. When he saw the exceptional talent and vision Alyssa brought to the field of aesthetics, he decided to help with the safety and oversight of the practice. As Medical Director, Dr. Luciano ensures that every service at Avere Beauty is performed with the highest medical standards.

Frank Udavcak

Chief Operations Officer

Frank has spent more than 15 years leading complex creative and business projects by assembling the right teams to bring ambitious visions to life. At just 17, he was directing creative campaigns for international artist Wiz Khalifa and later on, national pharmaceutical campaigns At Avere Beauty, Frank applies the same mindset—envisioning what something can become and reverse-engineering the path to make it real. At Avere Beauty, that vision is Alyssa's - to provide skin care solutions through aesthetics and amplify natural beauty.

Operations Director

After graduating from Penn State, Natalie became an executive assistant to an affluent family where she wore many hats managing marketing, communications, and everyday operations. Now she gives us her best and more as she skyrockets her career.

Amanda Mazonkey

NP | Intake Coordinator

Amanda has been a nurse for 10 years, spending most of her career in intensive care and cardiology before obtaining her Family Nurse Practitioner Certificate in 2022. She loves working alongside the best injectors keeping our clients safe, all while enhancing their natural beauty.

Madelyn Rudoy

NP | Injector

Maddy is a nurse practitioner at Avere Beauty, where she manages the medical weight loss program. She also practices Addiction Medicine outside of Avere and enjoys the contrast between her specialties. While she offers many treatments, medical weight loss is her favorite.

Joleene Young

NP | Injector

Joleene is a dual board-certified nurse practitioner with 20 years of experience in critical care and complex patient management. She combines medical precision with an artistic eye to deliver natural, individualized results while prioritizing safety and evidence-based care.

Natalie Lombardo

NP | Injector

Natalie is a dermatology nurse practitioner who began her career in oncology before finding her calling in skin health and aesthetics. She is passionate about helping patients achieve healthy, confident skin while providing personalized, thoughtful care.

Anna David

Anna is a Physician Assistant at Avere Beauty who combines advanced clinical training with a passion for aesthetics and enhancement. Her background in gastroenterology and liver transplant medicine shapes her focus on precision, safety, and patient-centered care, while delivering natural-looking results.

Cait Lazzaro

RN | Injector

Cait is a registered nurse with a decade of experience across specialties including geriatrics, pediatrics, reproductive endocrinology, infertility, and quality assurance. Inspired by her own experience, she began aesthetic nursing in 2022 and is passionate about helping clients feel confident through personalized care.

Ravyn Patrick

RN | Injector

Ravyn began her nursing career after graduating from Waynesburg University and spending two years in pediatrics before discovering her passion for aesthetics through personal experience. She became an aesthetic nurse in 2022 and loves helping clients feel more confident while enhancing their natural beauty.

Riah Peluso

RN | Injector

Riah is one of our registered nurses and has been injecting for nearly four years, bringing experience in pediatrics, oncology, and neonatal intensive care. A Duquesne University alum who loves Pittsburgh, she works at our Lawrenceville location and focuses on natural, balanced results.

Lindsey Hoffman

RN | Injector

Lindsey has been with Avere Beauty since 2024 and brings a strong background in ICU and oncology nursing, including several years as an ICU travel nurse in Arizona. A former Avere client, she was drawn to aesthetics through its blend of science, artistry, and patient confidence.

Christy is a registered nurse who blends clinical expertise with an artistic eye, backed by over 10 years as a licensed cosmetologist and a background in critical care nursing. At Avere Beauty, she takes a thoughtful, safety-first approach while creating natural, balanced results that help clients look refreshed and confident.

Dylan is a nurse injector at Avere Beauty who combines clinical expertise with a passion for aesthetics and enhancement. His background in the neonatal ICU shaped his focus on precision and patient-centered care while delivering thoughtful, natural-looking results.

Nellie Lignell

Nellie has been a registered nurse for four years, with experience across a variety of clinical departments. She pursued aesthetics to enhance natural beauty through personalized, results-driven care that helps clients feel confident and refreshed.

Gina has a background in orthopedics and sports medicine and is currently pursuing her nurse practitioner degree. She was drawn to aesthetics through her passion for helping others feel confident while combining clinical skill with a more creative, patient-focused approach.

Bailey began her nursing career in the PICU at Children’s Hospital before transitioning into aesthetics. She also holds a Master of Science in Health Informatics, reflecting her passion for learning and growth. Paige joined the team as our premiere esthetician. Providing luxury esthetics experiences in Pittsburgh, she specializes in facials, brow lamination, and more. Using her own skin experiences as drive for creating a perfect regime, Paige tailors your treatment plan exclusively to you.

Cheyenne Tolon

Medical Esthetician

Cheyenne has been a medical aesthetician with Avere Beauty since 2023, specializing in skin health and acne revision. She offers advanced skincare treatments, brows and lash lifts, laser hair removal, and cryotherapy while helping clients achieve clear, healthy skin.

Natalie Nerone

Medical Esthetician

Natalie is a Pittsburgh native who pursued her passion for skin health through esthetics. As a licensed esthetician at Avere Beauty, she focuses on acne facials and creating personalized skincare routines tailored to each client. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and her two dachshunds.

Sophie is an Executive Assistant with a passion for beauty and the business behind it. Since 2020, she has worked in the beauty industry, providing behind-the-scenes support that helps teams and brands run smoothly.
